Japan Asia Investment CO., Ltd. (JAIC), was established in 1981 by the Japan Association of Corporate Executives and later became an independent venture capital company in the late 1980’s. The initial geographic focus was ASEAN countries, which was later expanded to all of Asia, including Japan and U.S. In addition to identifying and investing in growth oriented companies, the JAIC Group helps these companies grow by offering a full lineup of financial and management support services. These services include specialized consulting and advice in areas such as initial public offering (IPOs), strategic alliances, mergers and acquisitions (M&As), management buyouts (MBOs) and restructuring.
